Chloe Yap (Wai San)

I have known Ms Yap Wai San also known as Chloe since March 2015.She was enrolled by her Sponsor, HSBC into the Talent Enrichment programme called FSTEP (Financial Sector Talent Enrichment programme). The entire programme is very rigorous and demanding. It is a prerequisite to be accepted as an intern in the Financial sector.

I was her lecturer in the Career Enhancement skills (Soft skills) sessions. I had the opportunity to guide and coach her over a period of 6 months.

Ms Yap is a person who makes attempts to be innovative and tries new things. Her performance in class in all the 15 sessions was above average. She is a results driven person, ambitious inclined towards proving herself in sales.

Ms Yap has acquired a powerful professional corporate image and has the ability to communicate to win. She has good social skills along with questioning skills, communicating assertively and confidence in herself.

I can vouch that Ms Yap will be able to meet any demanding situation she is placed in.
